![]() There was no real sense of an "open world" - the base/mission transition was in many ways similar to XCOM2 and mountains were used extensively to channel the player's movement in the world. ![]() Missions were pretty repetitive, often using the same locations for widely different missions. Unfortunately, for me, the game became old fast. The core mission engine is great - visuals and audio are fantastic, enemy AI is pretty good overall, weapon and equipment options are extensive and impactful on play.
